This book is only available through Amazon Kindle since it’s an e-book. There is no paperback available and, in order to read it, you will need to have Kindle installed on your phone or tablet. It can also be read on the Amazon Kindle web version.

It is a really fast read. You may be able to finish reading it in an hour or so, unless you like to digest concepts and highlight ideas and other points you may want to remember, review, or expand upon later.

Book Review: Becoming the Narcissist’s Nightmare

Where do I begin? Maybe just saying that love this book. I found it easy to follow, with a lot of information, explained in a way that is very clear to understand, full of resources and tools for healing, and with stories from other survivors.

I find the author to be remarkable. I believe Shahida Arabi to be a remarkable young woman. She’s a graduate of Columbia University and she also attended NYU. She’s published several books and she’s been featured in many news medias and magazines.

Book Review: Disarming the Narcissist…

For my very first post, I would like to share my thoughts on the very first book I ever read about NPD, Disarming the Narcissist: Surviving and Thriving with the Self-Absorbed, by Wendy Terrie Behary LCSW. But before I start, I want to say that this is my opinion and my experience. Maybe this book has worked for other people. It didn’t work for me. At all.
